The certificate indicates the holder knows about ZYCOO products and can explain to customers about the features, functionality and performance of ZYCOO products and solutions.

The objective of this course is to enable you to explain and discuss the features, capabilities and functions of ZYCOO products and solutions, and to sell ZYCOO products with more professional sales skills.

The certificate indicates the holder knows the basic features of ZYCOO products, and how to install, configure and maintain ZYCOO products.

The objective of this course is to familiarize you with ZYCOO products. And you will be able to install and configure extensions, dial plans and the basic features of ZYCOO IP telephony products.

You should have a good understanding about TCP/IP, network administration and management.
Zycoo Certificated IP Audio Solution Sales
Gain expertise in ZYCOO IP Audio Solutions, learning to design and sell advanced audio systems.

This course aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of ZYCOOIP Audio Solution. Participants will gain in-depth knowledge of all endpoint devices and software applications, discerning the unique features of each device. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped to design optimal audio project solutions.

Zycoo Certificated IP Audio Solution Engineer
Deepen your technical skills with the ZCAE course, covering installation, configuration, and optimization of advanced audio solutions for technicians.

This course offers in-depth insights into the ZYCOO IP audio solution. Participants will learn how to install, configure, and optimize both basic and advanced features, including paging groups, background music, video linkage, multicast, scheduled tasks, etc.
